Shipping time

Products in stock are normally delivered within 7-10 working days after ordering. In case of exceptional shipping delay on our part, you have the option to cancel the purchase (only applies to products kept in stock). In that case, contact us via phone or e-mail.

Confirmation

You will receive confirmation via e-mail that your order has been received.

Payment

The invoice is sent separately, not with the shipment. Payment is due 30 days after invoice date. An interest at 8% above current Swedish bank rate will be charged on late payments. A reminder will be sent in case payment is not received within 30 days. After two months.

Shipping

Deliveries are made in accordance with the agreement between Json and the customer.

Shipping charges are added as follows:

Weight 50 grams: SEK 39
Weight 100 grams: SEK 59
Weight 250 grams: SEK 99
Weight 500 grams: SEK 129
Orders over SEK 5,000 are shipped free of charge.

Complaints and Returns

Please make sure the goods is undamaged immediately upon delivery. Complaints must be made within 14 days after delivery to you. Defective in manufacturing discovered after 14 days must be sent to us for inspection. Shipping costs for shipping damages or manufacturing defects will be covered by us.

Used clothing may not be returned.

Unclaimed deliveries

If shipments that haven't been claimed by the receiver are returned to us by the shipping agent, we will charge you with any costs arising from this.
